Delete your EduLift account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Here is how it works and what we keep.
What happens
- Programme staff review your request and confirm it is really from you.
- Your sign-in account is closed, so nobody can use it to sign in again.
- Phone notifications and saved sign-in methods for the account stop working.
What we keep
Records the programme must keep to account for its decisions and funds are not erased. These include applications, eligibility decisions, academic results, tuition requests and payments, and audit history. They stay protected under our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in
Email communityelites@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your full name and, for beneficiaries, your JAMB registration number. Never send your password or NIN. We will confirm your identity before acting.
