Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses EduLift, the portal of the Osheagba Charity Foundation Tuition Scholarship Programme.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. About the portal

EduLift is run by the Osheagba Charity Foundation and coordinated by The Community Elites Academy Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

The scholarship is open only to applicants who meet the published eligibility rules. You must apply yourself, with your own identity, and give complete and truthful information. Applying for someone else is not allowed.

3. Documents

Every document you upload must be genuine and belong to you. Forged, altered or borrowed documents lead to disqualification and may be reported.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Scholarship decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selection, continued support and every payment depend on the programme rules and on verification of your identity, documents and academic records. Programme decisions are final unless the programme provides a review.

6. Academic standing

Beneficiaries must keep the required academic standard and upload results when asked. A beneficiary who falls below the required CGPA is removed from the programme, and future payments stop.

7. Tuition support

Scholarship funds are for tuition only and are paid to the institution through the approved process, not as cash to beneficiaries. Payments are made only after verification and within programme limits.

8. Prohibited use

  • Giving false information or impersonating anyone.
  • Trying to reach records, accounts or areas you are not allowed to use.
  • Interfering with the portal, its security or other users.
  • Copying or sharing other people's personal information from the portal.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, withdraw an application or end support when these terms or the programme rules are broken. Records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Content

The portal, its content and branding belong to the Foundation and its coordinator. You keep ownership of documents you upload and allow us to use them for the programme.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: communityelites@gmail.com or the contact page.
